I am committed to helping people to help nature wherever they live and work. My aim through Vision Wild is to realize more conservation success stories, championed by local communities.

I do this by working closely with land managers and project teams to achieve BIGGER and BETTER project results, specifically for species and habitat recovery.

SERVICES FOR LAND MANAGERS & CONSERVATION ORGANISATIONS>

As a qualified project manager, I offer a range of services for land owners, wildlife conservation NGO's and estate managers. I provide the expertise to get projects off the ground from planning and fundraising through to delivery and monitoring.

I always deliver cost-effective, pragmatic solutions that fit the needs of the people I work with. I use proven frameworks and effective tools to improve the conservation impact of species and landscape projects.

The above services can be delivered as one-off contracts; workshops; secondments; remote support or 'pay-as-you-go' relationships, depending on your requirements and budget. I am available for projects based in the UK and overseas, depending on availability.

My services apply to all stages of a project's lifetime, and can be used to (for example); improve the impact of long-term projects; decide rescue interventions for difficult projects; or, design initiatives with land managers from scratch, providing solid foundations for new projects.

SERVICES FOR GRANT MANAGERS>

I have independently reviewed over 500 grant applications for more than six trusts, foundations, government funds and other grant-giving bodies. In addition, I have undertaken monitoring and evaluation visits for several grant-giving bodies reviewing more than 10 projects in seven countries, including projects funded by UNESCO and private donors.
